It won’t really matter how much teacher know the subject or how much material teacher give your students, if they are not ENGAGED with the teaching, they won’t feel excited or motivated. it is important that teacher develop a teaching strategy which involves motivating the students.  Every student will be different in what will keep them motivated,

​but I you use a COMBINATION OF DIFFERENT STRATEGIES.  It will find that this could make a real difference.
